3. Partition design and elastic line:

    (1) Design the division plan according to the requirements. When the bullet line is divided, the division plan signed by the owner and relevant units shall prevail.

4. The cutting plate and the installation of the bottom bracket, the installation of the rear load-bearing bracket, the bonding plate, etc. must be strictly in accordance with the regulations.

5. Paste plate: Install according to the direction of the arrow of the surface protection film of the metal heat preservation decorative plate to avoid chromatic aberration. After the bracket is fixed, insert the glued metal decorative insulation board into the bracket, and then stick the board tightly on the wall. The glue extruded around the board must be scraped off immediately to ensure that no glue is embedded in the seam when the next board is pasted. When pasting the next plate, push the plate from the side to the front plate and ensure that the seam between the plate and the plate is compressed. The glue extruded around the insulation board must be scraped off immediately. It is necessary to ensure that the gap between the insulation boards is uniform, and the flatness (4 mm / 2 m) of the newly pasted insulation board surface must be checked at any time by means of a ruler. If there is unevenness in the seam of the board, it should be smoothed after the glue is hardened.

6. Mechanical fastener reinforcement.

    (1) Connect the impact drill power supply, and drill the hole at the intersection of the horizontal center line of the installation groove and the divisional elastic line with the fastener installation groove as the reference.

    (2) Insert the fastener into the fastener installation groove, insert the 05 mm cement into the wall with a nail gun, and fix the fasteners in the connecting holes on both sides of the fastener.

    (3) The multi-safety protection system combined with the load-bearing anchoring and the load-bearing adhesive fixing of the mechanical parts is used to provide double insurance for the structure, which ensures the structural safety of the overall curtain wall system under the action of negative wind pressure and meets the requirements of national regulations. .

7. The caulking fills the gap of the compartment with the insulation bead, so that the division joint and the exterior wall insulation board form an integral insulation system. The use of the insulation bead reduces the use of the gap seal waterproof sealant and reduces the cost. Moreover, the phenomenon of "heat bridge" is avoided, the heat preservation effect of the heat insulation board itself is strengthened, and the efficiency of the heat insulation material is fully exerted.

8. Separate the seams for waterproof sealing and coloring.

    (1) After the split seam is embedded, install the waterproof sealing hose on the sealant gun.

    (2) Clean up the dust and other debris in the compartment and keep the compartments clean to prevent the dust from sticking to the surface of the glue. The sealant loses its original viscosity.

    (3) Stick the textured paper on both sides of the split seam, pay attention to the horizontal and vertical when sticking the textured paper, and then put the waterproof sealant into the split seam.

9. Separate seams and overall repairs. It is the top priority of the project. If the quality of the sealant is not up to standard, the strip will fall off and aging. If the amount is insufficient, the waterproof sealant will peel off from the board. The rainwater penetrates into the plate, and the heat-insulating polystyrene board expands, and the corresponding heat preservation effect is lost. Use the best quality sealant, finish the seal sealant, fill the inorganic super weatherproof sealant, and paint the black seam paint. The entire outer wall is formed into a heat-insulating film and is impervious to water, and the heat-insulating decorative effect is as new as ever.
