2 construction sequence

The construction of ultra-thin stone veneer insulation decorative panels is carried out in the order from bottom to top. The same level line on the surrounding wall is selected as the starting point for the upward and downward directions to release the control line, and the construction is started from the lowest point of the scattered water slope according to the control line. The horizontal construction should follow the principle of the first angle of the back angle, first guarantee the special structure (such as doors, windows), and then large-area construction.

3 construction points

    1) The inspection of the base wall and the installation of the thermal insulation decorative board shall be carried out after the grading of the base wall is qualified, and the base layer shall be flat and firm. It shall be carried out after the installation of the framed frame and the embedded parts of the wall-mounted building components and the pre-buried pipes of the connecting pipe. The dirt on the wall, the soft plastering layer and the oil stains should be thoroughly removed, and the damaged plaster layer must be repaired and leveled.

    2) Apply the interface mortar to the interface mortar evenly or mechanically with a roller brush or broom. Do not miss the brush, the thickness of the brush is preferably controlled at 0.5 ~ 3mm.

    3) The wall control line of the elastic wall is installed at the side wall and the top plate according to the thickness of the thermal insulation decorative board, the vertical, the square and the elastic thickness control line, and the control line is installed on the wall surface. The longitudinal control line of the installation control line is placed on the wall of the building, and the horizontal reference line is placed on the outline of the yin and yang.

    4) Prepare the polymer bonding mortar according to the ratio of the bonding mortar: water=4.5:1 (mass ratio), add water (this is the reference ratio), stir well with electric mixer, let stand for 5-10min, stir again and use The stirred mortar should be used up within 2 hours. It is strictly forbidden to stir the solidified mortar and put it into use again.

    5) Install the anchors Firstly, the anchor sleeves are punched according to the design and construction line position, and the anchor wall is anchored. After the insulation panels are glued into place, the anchoring pendants with nylon anti-vibration insulation pads are installed. The anchors are ≥8/m2, and each thermal insulation decorative board is ≥4. The thermal insulation decorative exterior wall system adopts the sticking system, and the selected accessories are shown in Figure 1. The components are connected as shown in Figure 2. The pendant should be securely connected to the trim panel. Do not move or loosen the bonded decorative board during installation to avoid affecting the strength of the bonded mortar.
